Marketware Technologies, OmniPro, and RMSI announce joint marketing agreement.

Sacramento, January 28, 2003. Marketware Technologies, OmniPro Systems and Removable Media Solutions, Inc. (RMSI) announced today they have entered into a marketing agreement to jointly pursue sales opportunities and contracts in California.

The joint marketing agreement provides for Marketware Technologies to resell OmniPro and RMSI’s products and services. OmniPro and RMSI have agreed to endorse and support the range of technology products marketed by Marketware Technologies.

Under the terms of the agreement, the three companies intend to team together on upcoming information technology bid opportunities, focusing primarily on state and local government and educational sectors.

Marketware Technologies’ CEO Darryl Johnson commented that the alliance will allow the three companies to increase their competitive positions in the marketplace, expand the pipeline of new business opportunities and significantly grow revenue. “These three companies are in non-competitive positions in the same industry. We don’t overlap in the products we offer but we definitely can cross-market our capabilities to each other’s clients. That’s what this alliance is all about”, says Mr. Johnson.
